01

Who is responsible for your information

Svaggy s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 21863121, with its registered office at Gabčíkova 270, 250 82 Horoušany, Czechia, is the controller for the processing described here. Contact us at psg@svaggy.com or write to our registered office, marked “Privacy”.

This policy covers svaggy.com, business enquiries, launch waitlists and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Separate customer and rider policies are linked below.

02

Information we collect

We collect the contact details, business information and messages you submit, including details you confirm in a Meta form. Our website also processes IP addresses, browser and device details, visited pages and security logs. Required fields are marked on forms; without necessary contact details, we cannot respond.

03

Why we use it and our legal bases

We use your information to answer enquiries, arrange demos, discuss partnerships and send requested launch updates. Our legal bases are steps toward a contract you request, legitimate interests in business communication and security, legal obligations, and consent where required for marketing or optional tracking. You can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time.

04

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

When you submit a Svaggy form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares your submitted details with us so we can respond through the contact channels you provide, for the purpose stated in the ad. This does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Meta processes data under its own privacy policy. In the European region, its provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

05

Cookies and website analytics

We use cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security, language and theme preferences. Where configured, PostHog analytics processes page visits, device details and online identifiers to help us improve the site, using its EU endpoint by default. Optional tracking requires consent where applicable. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, although some features may be affected. This policy is not consent to tracking.

06

Who may receive your information

We share relevant information with staff and providers who support hosting, communication, analytics and our operations. A local franchise partner may receive an enquiry relevant to its market. We may disclose information to advisers or authorities where necessary. We do not sell lead contact details. For transfers outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses; you can request details or a copy from us.

07

How long we keep information

We keep information while needed to handle your request or business relationship, considering our last meaningful contact, ongoing discussions and legal or claims periods. We then delete or anonymise it. If you opt out of marketing, we stop and may keep a minimal record to honour your choice. We use appropriate access and security measures. Our business forms are intended for adults.

08

Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, subject to legal conditions. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and always object to direct marketing. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects from corporate enquiries.

Email psg@svaggy.com to exercise your rights. We may verify your identity and normally respond within one month, explaining any lawful extension. You can complain to the Czech ÚOOÚ, the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman or your local supervisory authority. We update this policy as our practices change and provide further notice where required.
